• For kids, we place a huge emphasis on childhood development and goal setting, this program promotes "Discipline of Mind and Body" and the development of a positive winning attitude. Kids learn Anti-Bullying and Anti-Abduction awareness tactics, along with courtesy & respect.
• Teens & Adults also benefit from our Traditional Program through stress relief, physical and mental development, and a more profound activity than simply moving weights at the gym or running on a treadmill. Parents also have an option to train in the same class as their children.Each registrant will receive appropriate colored belts as they advance in the program, which are provided by EMMA.
Karate Uniforms (GI) can be purchased from EMMA for an additional $35, but are not required for the program.
