1) Mindfulness Matters
During this time of change, each day presents new challenges, whether with work, in your relationships, or within your inner "self," to name just a few. We could all use new insight and a few "tools" to help us work through these times of change and challenges, as small or as large as they may be. Tailored for adults, Mindfulness Matters offers mindfulness information, skills and strategies to support you and foster all the qualities listed below. Come and benefit from the assistance and approaches that will promote patterns toward physical health, mental resilience and overall wellness. With suitable and friendly tools, you can steady yourself and gain greater understanding of how mindfulness can benefit you in your everyday life.
Mindfulness Matters will help you to foster:
- Resilience to Stressors
- Power of "Choice"
- Happiness & Enjoyment
- Ability to Notice
- and many more helpful "tools" for your toolbox of well-being!
2) Mindfulness Meditation & Reflection
Put what you have learned about mindfulness into practice! Or join us if you're just curious and in need of a calming experience with welcoming observation. This program is offered as a compliment to Mindfulness Matters and/or affords a pleasant opportunity for all to develop and strengthen an exercise that is relaxed and most beneficial as an anti-stressor.
