Girls Lacrosse Training Programs: Total Skills

Spearheaded by College Coaches,  Jordan Sanocki and Kali Grisewood, the girls lacrosse program of Total Skills offers training opportunities for female athletes ages 8 - 18 of any skill level. There are a total of 8 training sessions for each skill group.

Programs of Fall 2021 are as follows:

Varsity/Elite Skill Training (A)   Mondays & Wednesdays
Small group training designed for High School Varsity and Elite Club level lacrosse players looking to advance college level skills.  Training consists of dodging and defensive ability, college level stick work drills, advanced shooting precision and shot strength development, competitive 1v1 offensive and defensive performance development. 

Intermediate Skill Advancement (B)  Tuesdays & Thursdays
Small group training designed for the 8th grade to Junior Varsity level lacrosse players looking to take on a new challenge and raise their skills to meet Varsity standards or make their respective Elite Club teams.  Training consists of solidifying foundational skills and developing consistency across; stick skills, defensive footwork, offensive agility and shooting, draw controls, overall pressure performance and field IQ.

Beginner Skill Development (C)  Tuesdays & Thursdays
Small group training designed to introduce lacrosse to anyone who is interested in playing girls lacrosse at any capacity.  No skills or knowledge of the sport are necessary.  Training consists of introduction of foundational stick skills, breaking down the flow of the game, and providing experience in various field positions.
