This 6 week specialty yoga series will start with a class about yoga and movement for spinal health, then each week will focus on a particular asana (pose) style including standing poses, hip openers, twists, inversions, arm balances, and more. Some meditation and breath work will also be incorporated in the series. This mixed level class is appropriate for everyone, from those new to yoga to those looking for a more meaningful yoga experience.
*Must be able to get down and up from the floor.
