Adult ASL Class
A member of the Doylestown Hospital Outreach Team will present information on various health topics including blood pressure, cholesterol and stress. One topic will be presented each month to inform community members on the basics of the specific health topic.

Blood Pressure 101
Updated blood pressure guidelines from the American Heart Association mean that many more Americans are now diagnosed with high blood pressure, or hypertension. Come learn what your blood pressure numbers mean and how you can lower them.
 
Stress 101: The Impact of Stress and Tips to Manage
Join a Doylestown Health Educator to learn what stress is, some of society’s most common causes of stress, the different types of stress with corresponding reactions, how we can manage stress in a changing world, and the correlation between stress and disease.
 
Cholesterol 101
Did you know not all cholesterol is bad? Join a Doylestown Health Wellness Educator to learn how to differentiate between your lipid panel results and what changes you can make to improve your cholesterol levels through daily lifestyle changes.
