Nutrition Basics - May 21
Eating is a big part of most peoples' lives, with the majority eating 3 full meals each day. Nutrition is key to optimal health and can change the course of many diseases and illnesses. Join a Doylestown Health educator to learn how to improve your eating habits, get fresh meal ideas, and understand the ways food affects health and well-being.

Exercising Outdoors - June 18
Summer is the best time to start exercising outdoors! Movement has been shown to lower blood pressure, decrease the risk of heart disease, and elevate mood. Not sure where to start? Join a Doylestown Health educator to learn how to get moving outdoors in safe, fun, and healthy ways.

How to Live to 100 - July 16
There are 5 places in the world where the majority of people live to be over 100. After careful studying, there are common threads throughout each community that allowed people to have low rates of chronic disease and live longer than the rest of the world. Join a Doylestown Health educator to examine what makes these areas so unique and how we can take lessons from Blue Zones to enhance our quality of life.
