Qigong is an ancient mind-body-spirit practice that incorporates gently body movements balanced with rhythmically regulated breathing,  harmonized by a calm, unhurried and focused mind.   Qigong practice has been shown to build up health by increasing vigor and vitality, increase respiratory capacity, calm the mind and help maintain a content and relaxed state of being, and improve balance. 

One should view a Qi Gong practice as a method of improving the quality of one’s life, so that one can move thru life w/vigor, resilience & appreciation of one’s time on earth.  Appropriate for all ages and abilities, participants should be able to remain standing for one hour, however chairs will be available if needed.
