Group performs yoga outside
This recreational group exercise program includes a variety of exercises to help reduce pain and stiffness, and to maintain or improve mobility, muscle strength and functional ability. All exercises can be done sitting or standing with the aid of a chair if necessary. Endurance-building routines and relaxation exercises are also included.
