Gymnastics (Ages 18m-10y)
Our gymnastics program grows with your child, from their very first tumbles to more advanced skills. Toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years start in Tumble Buddies, exploring movement alongside a caregiver through music, props, and playful challenges. In Preschool Gymnastics (ages 3–5), children take their first steps toward independence, building balance, coordination, and confidence at fun, hands-on stations. School-age gymnasts (ages 5–10) can join Beginner Gymnastics to learn the fundamentals, then progress to Intermediate Gymnastics to refine their technique and take on new challenges, with skills drawn from the USAG Level 0–2 curriculum.
At every level, our classes support physical, social, and emotional growth while encouraging courage, perseverance, and a supportive gym culture where every gymnast’s progress is celebrated. Each class prepares students for the next step, so your child can keep learning, growing, and having fun as they advance.

Children are introduced to fundamental gymnastics skills through exciting challenges and activities. This class aims to nurture physical and social-emotional development and equip children to participate in independent gymnastics classes.

In Preschool Gymnastics, students participate in class independently while adults observe from a distance. Students take part in exciting stations that promote balance and muscle control, encourage turn-taking and direction following, and introduce basic gymnastics skills. Music and props act as tools for introducing fundamental gymnastics skills and teaching color, pattern, and shape recognition. This class aims to build confidence and autonomy while nurturing physical and social-emotional growth—all through gymnastics fun!
