It is a challenging, tile-based strategy game that combines skill with luck. Players attempt to match a hand from scores of possibilities - and although winning a game is satisfying, ALMOST winning is sometimes just as much fun! Instructional - The instructor will explain the basics of the game and provide you with the fundamental skills needed to enjoy playing. Qigong - Qigong Qigong itself is not a martial art, but rather a broader Chinese practice for cultivating, activating and harmonizing your energy (qi) – your inner energy or life force – to support vibrant health, balance, martial arts training and graceful aging. Mommy & Me Aromatics Workshop - Mommy & Me Aromatics Workshop This is a 4-part lots of fun, creative decision making, hands-on workshop for girls ages 5-9. With the assistance of mommy or guardian the child will make several bath and beauty products. Noting: The creation can include nut oil, nut butter, essential and fragrant oils and dried botanicals. Some parts of the creation process require working with materials that are warm to the touch. An adult's assistance is required. Part 1: The Sudsy Start - The student creates their own colorful and fragrant glycerin soap using an individual mold, essential or fragrant oils. Estimated creation window 1 hour. Part 2: Love My Lips - Student will create a rich, protective lip balm. Estimated creation window 1 hour, this includes wait time for when the balm can be used. Part 3: The Lotion Lab - The student will add their special touch (color and scent) to premade lotion. Estimated creation window 45 minutes. Part 4: Bath Tea Blending - Student will blend relaxing bath tea sachets using milk powders, botanicals, salt and fragrance. Estimated creation window 1 hour The class will take a 20–30-minute break to recharge.Participants need to bring the following items, and participation is prohibited without the necessary equipment: · Bring a snack/lunch and water bottle (class will take a 20–30-minute break) · Wear old clothes, product making is messy · Tie back for long hair · Bag to bring products homeAdditional Mommy & Me Aromatics Notes:After glycerin soap is made it takes estimate 6 hours to harden for use.
