Zumba class kicks up some dancing
Join Denise, licensed Zumba instructor,in the great outdoors.  Zumba incorporates Latin-inspired moves and music to promote a healthy heart, and a fun, exciting way to build and tone muscle, promote flexibility, and decrease stress.  Zumba is adaptable to any level.  Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring plenty of water.
